PCPT JOHN BAOANAN and Crime Registrar NUP Jefferson Damoslog led a lecture about their experience on operational responsibilities and the use of technology (eRogue, eBlotter, eWarrant, etc.) of the BCPO- Station 7. The cadets also participate in the Police Regional Office Cordillera Command Conference regarding PANAGBENGA 2023 and other upcoming major events.

We humans learn the majority of what we know through experience. New experiences provide us with new knowledge, allowing us to correct previous misconceptions and raise our awareness. It is only natural to be open to new experiences in order to gain more knowledge and align our actions and thoughts with what is right in life, thereby becoming better people. I was initially hesitant to give myself the opportunity to encounter a new experience because I was afraid of the potentially negative consequences.

However, I overcame my doubts by doing it, and instead of being hesitant, I learned from my own experiences.Life is full of opportunities for learning, most of which come from our daily lives. These encounters are mostly based on our surroundings, where we learn new things every day. But, all of these experiences are the result of our keen observations outside of our daily routines. It is also important to note that life gives us opportunities to meet new people and visit places that are out of the ordinary.

That is when we learn new and unique things, and these are the experiences of our lives that we remember for the rest of our lives. Going through new and strikingly important things filled me with delight. It was a truly wonderful and joyful experience. I am overjoyed and anticipate many more unique experiences that will allow me to enjoy new and exciting things.

The process of gaining knowledge, skills, and insights from the events and situations that we encounter in our lives is referred to as learning from experience. The idea is that our experiences, both positive and negative, provide opportunities for growth and development, and that we can use what we've learned to make better decisions and avoid repeating the same mistakes in the future.

Individuals can learn from their experiences in a variety of ways. The first is reflection; taking the time to reflect on our experiences, including what went well and what didn't, can help us gain a deeper understanding of what we can learn from them. Second, self-analysis can help us identify areas where we can improve and make changes in the future by analyzing our own behavior and thoughts during an experience. Finally, asking others for their perspectives on our experiences can provide additional insight and help us understand how we can improve.
